What do I need to make a reservation?

We have several channels to make your reservation: You can do it personally in our shop, by contacting us by phone or e-mail, or even filling out the form Rent Now find the section of our website.

Should I put my Home Address or my holidays Address?

If you know the holiday address already or the Hotel Please include this, otherwise you can include your home address.

Do I have to book in advance?

It is advisable that you make the reservation well in advance to ensure the availability, especially of the suitable size you need.

Do I have to bring my own material?

You only need to bring your own

  • shoes closed toe
  • sun block & towel
  • hat (optionally)
  • your positive energy

What does the bike rent include?

  • e-bike
  • helmet
  • gloves
  • insurance

Can I bring my own pedals?

Yes, you can bring your own pedals, we will be happy to fit them to your bike.

Does the bikes have bottle holder?

Yes, we do have bottle holder, which is isothermal.

What is the rental period?

The rental period for a full day starts at 08:00 and ends at 18:00 and a half day 08:00 – 12:00 / 13:00 – 17:00.

How does the deposit bond works?

For rent, a deposit from € 100 credit card for each bike, which will be returned once the rental period ended at the moment when the bike is delivered and ensure excellent condition of this is necessary.

how does a credit card refund usually take?

Due to how banks process refunds to cards, the refund may take up to 10 business days, but they are usually reflected in your account in 2-3 business days.
The processing time can vary based on your issuing credit card company’s refund policies.

Who is responsible for the damage suffered by the bicycle within the rental period?

As soon as you sign the contract, you become responsible for the bicycle and any damages that may occur during the rental period.

Are the bicycles insured?

Our bikes are insured for damages to third parties. If you want to be able to have the bike covered by an insurance in case of theft during your holiday, we recommend hiring a travel insurance on your own and consult your insurance company if you are including the theft of rented bikes.

Is the helmet compulsory?

The helmet is mandatory in interurban areas, but there is no obligation in urban areas. However, we always recommend its use.

Insurance Policy

Our bikes are insured for damages from third party. Any other damages during  rental period are covered by the clients.
